Polka Properties undertake to provide the following services:
We will regularly advertise the property; provide the Buyers phoning on the advertisement with all the necessary information; report to the Seller regarding the response of the advertisement; act as mediator between the Buyer and the Seller; assist the Buyer and the Seller during the signing of the “Offer to Purchase.” Will provide an “Offer to Purchase” Agreement for the Buyer and the Seller to sign; draft an Addendum should such be needed; forward copies of the Agreement to the appointed transferring attorneys; forward a copy of the Agreement to the preferred financial institution of the Buyer; report weekly to the Buyer and Seller regarding the progress of their transaction; arrange with the Buyer’s bank to do a valuation - and only then we will collect our commission.
